They just love him to pieces

~The cats love to waller on Sam like he's an old rug and sometimes he can be a grouchy old cuss. But he allows them their brief moment then sniffs their butt and gently sends them on their way. He has some of the most tender and gentle qualities about him.

Old Dogs and Kittens

~The 2 youngest cats Boo and Shorty are always up to some antics or another. Last night Sam was in the kitchen getting his vitamins and those 2 were playing leap frog over him. Sam so interested in his vitamins (the food I hide it in actually) that he paid them no mind other than a glance here and there. It was funny. They would get a running start and take turns diving over and past him.
